Muslim Aid is dedicated to improve the lives of the poor marginalized ,abandoned and disregarded people of the society. Muslim Aid Pakistan is running its Microfinance Programme in Rawalpindi,and Chakwal. Microfinance is a component of the global Muslim Aid strategy to tackle world poverty ,diminish vulnerability of poor population and reduce economic and social exclusion. Without collateral from borrowers living in poverty Muslim Aid has been focusing on those at the bottom of the economic pyramid .The main focus of the programme is enhancement and sustainability of “Micro enterprises Development” through Murabaha (Financial support through commodities).
So for Muslim Aid Microfinance Programme has benefited more than 32000 families in Rawalipindi and Chakwal with a total disbursement of Rs.38.829 Million.
